Even though we are big enough to have the same technology and systems in place as the major players in the IT industry today. We are still personal and flexible enough to accommodate your individual needs as a client.
Our services are based on a per computer/server per month billing model for as much IT support as you need. No more surprises on your IT bill! You never get billed more than the fixed amount agreed on regardless how much or how little you use our services.
We supply all IT hardware and software to our clients at a fixed agreed mark up of cost plus 15% and are willing to supply any supplier invoices on request. We have an open book policy, so you never get done in again. Computer Antivirus and Antimalware is included in your monthly subscription fee. No more yearly antivirus purchases. We manage your endpoint security for you.
The better your IT runs the better for yourself and us. We do not benefit out of your misfortune as we don’t charge you per hour anymore.
If you have internet connection, we can support you remotely anywhere in the world. Perfect for the traveling business person.
It is for your benefit and ours that your IT stays up and running. Your downtime costs us time in trying to solve your problem therefore we will monitor your environment constantly for potential future issues.
We aim to remove the burden of trying to manage your own IT, by partnering with you and becoming your personal IT manager and one-point technical contact
Our prices are calculated based on the number of computers and servers you have and the complexity of your environment. Included in the pricing will be all our time spent understanding and recommending the best solutions to you as well as managing third party providers and contractors that supply IT services to you.
